You may be sensitive to maple pollen if you experience a runny nose, itchy eyes, or sneezing during certain seasons. The Maple Plane T1 analysis at IntroLab laboratory in Belgrade can help you identify this as a potential source of your symptoms.
What is Maple Plane T1?
This test is designed to detect sensitivity or allergic reactions to maple pollen. Allergy symptoms can vary from person to person but typically include:
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Sneezing
- Itching or burning in the eyes
- Redness and tearing of the eyes
- Fatigue and malaise
- Breathing difficulties or a feeling of tightness in the throat (in more serious cases)
In some instances, exposure to maple pollen can also trigger more severe symptoms, such as asthma attacks or anaphylactic reactions, although such cases are rarer.
When is the analysis performed?
This analysis is useful if you have seasonal allergy symptoms or if you live in an area where maple trees are present. It is also recommended if you have a family history of allergies.
