What is TATI (cervix)?

TATI (Tumor Associated Trypsin Inhibitor) is a specific protein produced in abnormally large amounts in some types of malignant tumors, including cervical cancer. The TATI analysis measures the level of this protein in blood plasma. Although this analysis alone cannot diagnose cervical cancer, its results can be useful in the early detection and monitoring of this disease.
